1. Delivery Methods
Customers can purchase products directly at bayla.clo’s store.
In addition, orders are delivered through reputable shipping partners that cooperate with bayla.clo.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Ho Chi Minh City area: 1–2 working days.
Other provinces/cities: 2–3 working days (depending on location).
Note: Delivery time may be extended in certain unforeseen circumstances such as:
Unable to contact the customer for delivery.
Incorrect or hard-to-find delivery address.
A sudden increase in order volume causing delays.
Delays from suppliers or shipping partners.
3. Responsibility for Shipping and Documentation
The delivery party is responsible for providing shipping documents during the delivery process.
The shipping unit must ensure that goods remain sealed and intact, and present invoices upon request by government authorities.
Packaging must clearly state the recipient’s name, phone number, address, and tracking code.
bayla.clo will include an invoice with every order to ensure transparency and safety for customers.
4. Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Shipping
bayla.clo is responsible for resolving any issues if goods are damaged during shipping, whether by the store or a third-party courier.
Customers have the right to refuse the order and request an exchange or return according to the store’s return policy.
bayla.clo will coordinate with the shipping partner to handle compensation according to their cooperation agreement.
In case of delivery delays, bayla.clo will promptly inform customers so they can choose to cancel the order or continue waiting for their delivery.
